Shipment log
On 16 October 2026 we loaded a 40-foot high-cube container at our factory in Zhejiang for a customer in Peru. It was a mixed load: several models of electric stackers and electric pallet trucks in one box. These are the photos from the loading bay, with a few notes on how each part of the load is protected.
The order on the factory floor

The finished trucks for an order are brought together in one place on the floor before packing, so the whole order can be checked side by side before it goes into the container.
The empty container

We look at the empty container before loading starts. A damaged floor or a door that does not seal is easy to reject at the dock and much harder to argue about after the ship arrives in Callao.
Electric stackers: foam around the base

Stackers travel upright on their own wheels. The lower part of the truck, where the battery, controller and covers sit, is wrapped in foam sheet so it does not rub against the next machine or the container wall. The mast is left open so the straps can hold it.
Electric pallet trucks

Pallet trucks are smaller and lower, so they are packed on wooden pallets or in plywood crates, depending on the model and on where they sit in the container plan.
Loading and lashing

Every truck and every pallet is tied to the lashing rings in the container walls, so nothing can slide or tip when the ship rolls. A tight load moves less than a loose one, so the gaps between machines are kept small.
On its way

From here the container goes to the port in China and then by sea to Callao.
Mixed containers are welcome
Most of our dealers do not fill a container with one model. A 40HQ can carry a mix of stackers, pallet trucks and other machines, planned around what sells in your market. For the steps of a first order, see importing warehouse equipment from China. Or send us the models you have in mind and we will work out how they fit in one container.
